4. Bookings and cancellations
We will do our best to attend at the agreed time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us reasonable notice by phone. Call-out or restocking fees may apply where work or materials have already been committed.
5. Workmanship and warranty
We carry out work to Australian Standards and stand behind our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products as per their terms. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
6. Your responsibilities

- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area;
- Operate doors and openers in line with the guidance we provide.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any claim is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or the cost of doing so.
